The Associate Senior of Institutional Financial Sponsors will contribute in pitching and advising Institutional Financial Sponsors on balance sheet debt capital strategies. The associate is directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of specific Credit Facilities and Investment Trade Activities. The Insurance Leader at CNB is responsible for managing insurance sales strategies within the Product and Services segment. This role involves working independently with various business units to develop new insurance sales opportunities for both existing and potential clients. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of policies and procedures, optimizing processes, and making decisions that significantly impact the bank's operations. The position requires substantial autonomy and judgment. The Insurance Leader also provides internal training to enhance product knowledge and collaborates closely with the insurance broker to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions to clients.
The International Banker is responsible for building, managing and retaining a portfolio of international affluent individuals, and entrepreneurs. The Banker expectation is to meet and exceed goals by developing new Wealth and Depository relationships from prospects and existing clients. Through a proactive need based selling approach, the banker will cross-sells bank products, including but not limited to Treasury Management Services and consumer lending products. The Banker will collaborate with the assigned partner to establish, build, and expand Commercial Relationships for affluent individuals (non-domestic).
The International Lending Officer plays a critical role in managing the lending process for commercial loans within the International Department's portfolio. This position independently oversees the lending aspects, ensuring seamless operations, client satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Lending Officer exercises discretion and independent judgment in analyzing complex financial information, negotiating loan terms, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate loan funding and compliance.
The International LOC Specialist is responsible for issuing, amending, advising and confirming commercial and standby letters of credit, document examination, and collections in accordance with organizational policies and other guidelines. Provides service and support to clients and account officers on the types, requirements, and issues of commercial and standby letters of credit, collections, and other financial instruments for international trade.
