Are you an ambitious student or recent grad with a passion for Human Resources and data-driven decision-making? Join our Compensation & Benefits team to gain hands-on experience in the core of total rewards strategy at a leading financial institution.

 

As a Compensation & Benefits Temp, you’ll support day-to-day operations and strategic projects, including:

  • Assisting with salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Helping administer benefit programs like health insurance, 401(k), FSA, and wellness initiatives
  • Supporting Open Enrollment and employee communications
  • Learning to work with HRIS tools and manage employee data
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for leadership
  • Participating in research related to compliance, trends, and best practices
  • Answer basic entry level benefits related inquiries
  • Assist in new hire benefits enrollment for onboarding
  • Work on monthly invoice reconciliation
  • Process accurately and timely COBRA notices
  • Assisting in preparing employee changes memos
  • Support on Market Survey participation 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong interest in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
