    The BSA Deputy Officer is responsible to support, develop and maintain an ongoing enterprise-wide BSA/AML/OFAC program sufficiently robust to address regulatory requirements. Relies on experience and independent judgement to plan and accomplish goals directly related to Bank administration matters.

    Qualifications

    • Responsible for the day to day operations of the BSA/AML/OFAC Department
    • Supports the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer with the execution of the Bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program
    • Monitors and stays abreast of changes to BSA/AML/OFAC laws and regulations
    • Supervises the BSA/AML/OFAC Department Managers
    • Works with the training department to execute the BSA/AML/OFAC training program
    • Coordinates and enhances BSA/AML/OFAC related reporting including productivity statistics and metrics
    • Conducts work flow assessments ensuring program effectiveness and efficiency
    • Works with the different lines of businesses of the Bank and advises on BSA/AML/OFAC related issues and regulatory requirements
    • Reviews, recommends and updates changes to the Bank’s BSA/AML/OFAC program
    • Serves as a liaison for the Bank’s external audits and examinations
    • Manages special ad-hoc projects as assigned by the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business
