    The AP & Reconcilement Specialist performs bill paying functions and some moderately complex accounting fucntions, some of which require basic review or research. Most tasks involve repetitive accounting office duties, however, the completion of certain dutires requires a higher level of knowledge and skills. Also, part time will support the reconcilement department by performing reconcilements of balance sheet accounts. Finally, the AP & Reconcilement Specialist will be backup and should perform all the duties of the Reconcilement Specialist when the latter is our out of the office



    • Minimum of one year of related accounts payable experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of Excel software, specifically spreadsheet formulas and macro creation and use.
    • Ability to use accounting software.
    • Good knowledge of Accounts payable processes, and Accounts Payable software.
    • Knowledge of SAP Concur preferred.


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • College degree preferred
