    The Executive Administrative Assistant will support Private Client Group Manger and the Residential Lending Managing Director.Performs advanced administrative duties directly related to the general business operations of the Bank.  Relieves supervisor of administrative details, composes interpretive correspondence both on own initiative and on consultation with supervisor.  

     

    The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, possess a strong can-do attitude and enjoy helping others. The individual should be motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, resourceful and possesses a “no job is too big or too small mentality”. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, innovative and be comfortable working under limited supervision.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar business environment (such as Banking/Financial Institution)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with both high level Bank officers and other Bank employees.
    • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and know how to prioritize work
    • Excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Outstanding attention to detail in all areas of work
    • Demonstrated experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
    • Strong organization and project management skills required
    • Proactive, positive, and can-do approach to work essential
    • Professional presence
    • Intuitive nature with the aptitude to make the right decisions
    • High degree of comfort and aptitude with multi-tasking and shifting priorities
