    Performs advanced administrative duties directly related to the Transformation Team of the Bank. The Administrative Assistnat will support the Director of Transformation and the overall Transformation efforts.

    Qualifications

    1. Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
    2. Performs key administrative support for department or work unit with considerable scope for developing work methods and scheduling priorities.
    3. Composes interpretive correspondence both on own initiative and on consultation with supervisor, requiring considerable knowledge of department's activities and the Bank’s policy.
    4. May compile data and create monthly reports, schedules, presentations and spreadsheets.
    5. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
    6. Engages in important contact work with senior executives, both inside and outside company in a professional manner.
    7. Works with highly confidential information.
    8. Coordinates arrangements for social functions as required.
    9. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
    10. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

    Education

    Three to five years experience in a Suport position highly desirable. Excellent typing skills with a Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to exercise discretion. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with both high level Bank officers and other Bank employees. Banking or Financial experience desired.
