The Organizational Development Director role will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes. The primary responsibility will be building and implementing change management strategies and planning to improve employee adoption. The incumbent will help create an environment that supports, elevates and recognizes amazing people’s leadership. In addition, he/she will help identify and develop in house talent which are essential to the sound operations of the bank and reinforce and develop the organizational culture for the company.
