    The Branch & Client Support Specialist, is responsible for performing high level client support for the Bank’s Personal, Business Banking and Wholesale/ Corporate areas. In addition to completing regulatory documentation of highly responsible and confidential nature.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three years of client service experience, preferably in the financial service industry.
    • Account servicing experience 
    • In-depth knowledge of banking products.
    • Highly motivated self-starter.
    • Must possess excellent writing skills.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and loan/depository systems. 

    Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
