    Under minimum supervision, provides administrative support to the Executive Office and other areas of the Bank as needed. Assists and troubleshoots client (internal and external) inquires over the phone and in person. Purchases supplies, correspond with clients, guests and vendors. Assists in planning and scheduling meetings or appointments, organizing hard copy and electronic files, conducting research and managing projects and schedules. Assists in creating spreadsheets, presentations, documents and reports. Projects a professional image at all times.




    • Three or more years of recent administrative and Microsoft Office experience to include proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
    • Banking experience specific to client contact is a plus. 
    • Working knowledge of telephone protocol, including handling multi-line phones.
    • Must have professional presence and professional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to work independently with little direction as well as in a team when needed. 
    • Strong organizational skill, must be tactful, diplomatic, and able to keep confidential information private and have the ability to strategize and "think outside of the box".
    • Must display initiative and be able to multi-task effectively, display a professional positive attitude and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
    • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written preferred.


    • High school diploma, Associate degree preferred.
