    The Talent Acquisition Officer will be involved in working with specific departments of the Bank in coordinating their recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract, develop, and retain high performing employees, to meet talent needs and diversity initiatives. Maintains related candidate pipelines/database, and UltiPro Recruiting module. Responsible for creating and maintaining various reports. In addition this position will also provide support to employees, Managers and also perform other HR administrative duties.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field. 

    Education

    • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience required.
    • Experience with recruiting in Banking/Financial Services industry required.
    • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. 
    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
    • Proficient with iCIMS ATS system.
    • Professional demeanor; outstanding communication and presentation skills.  
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
    • Discreet and tactful, maintains Human Resources Department and Bank’s information strictly confidential.
    • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
    • Skills in database management and record keeping. 
    • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. 
    • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, and career fairs and maintain a flexible  work schedule.
    • Excellent organizational skills. 
    • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. 
    • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
    • Demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions. 
    • You must have a valid driver’s license and must have the ability to independently visit clients in our entire banking area sometimes with little or no notice.
    • External client interaction (meetings, networking etc.), accomplishment of goals, accuracy and regulatory compliance are critical functions of this job.
