Leads CNB efforts in maintaining internal controls over financial reporting. Keeps the COSO framework financial risk assessment current. Ensures a systematic, disciplined approach for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes at CNB. Prepares reports for top management.
