    The Direct Bank Team Leader is a Professional with Consulting, Fintech, User Experience, Digital Banking experience to help the bank build its emerging, separately branded, direct-to-consumer platform. Will oversee all aspects of the business unit, managing some areas directly (product development, onboarding architecture, website, client acquisition strategy, etc., and other areas via collaboration with managers in other departments such as call center, IT, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.



    • Minimum of three (3) plus years especially in banking or financial services
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, especially in terms of managing interdepartmental projects
    • Ability to rapidly iterate and troubleshoot issues as they arise to solve the problem at hand
    • Experience leading a team  
    • Experience leading a team a must
    • Financial skills (understands basic accounting and banking finance concepts


    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance
